• This letter is in response to a dispute sent to a debt collection company. The letter is informing our client that the account has been removed due to insufficient proof therefore, deleted from the credit bureaus.

  This letter is in response to a dispute with Experian (a credit bureau). They updated and removed several accounts with 30, 60 and 90 day late pays. The accounts are now currently reporting as "Paid as agreed".

  Chapter 7 bankruptcy removed from TransUnion.
  TransUnion deleted 3 "charge-off" accounts and removed a 90 day mortgage late payment reflecting the account as "never late."
  This letter is in response to a dispute initiatied with Ditech.com, a mortgage lender. In this case we removed three (3) - 30 day late payments.

  • This letter is in response to a dispute we initiated with a debt collection company informing our client that the account has been removed from their credit reports.

Removing negative items is the most important thing you can do to raise your credit score.

Equifax deleted 3 accounts that were marked as "included in bankruptcy".

  This letter is in response to a dispute with Key Bank. The account was severely late and reported 150 days late on the credit reports.
Key Bank deleted the account from all the national credit reporting agencies..
  Here is an example of a student who did not pay on his loans and accumulated late payments. After disputing the accounts, the credit bureaus updated the loans as "never late".
