Hello Mr. Jones. This is Drew from XYZ Mortgage. I have some great news for you (sound excited!) Well, last time we refinanced you we were unable to take advantage of the lowest possible interest rate. I have some good news, I have a solution. There is a company that we just partnered with called Waterfield Credit. They specialize in fixing and restoring damaged credit. Once they fix it, I will refinance you at a very low rate saving you about 250-300 dollars a month. I will have them give you a call…when is a good time to contact you?
The analyst:
This is a simply script to introduce Waterfield Credit. Make sure you stress the importance of good credit. Make an emotional appeal for the future savings once their credit is repaired. Dig deep and ask questions, discover what they would do with the extra money.
